Our practice's session frequency, including biweekly sessions, is tailored to each client's unique needs. 

The decision on session frequency considers the issues being addressed, the client's goals, availability, and progress. We collaborate with clinicians and clients to create a personalized treatment plan, which may involve biweekly sessions if beneficial for the client's progress and well-being.

+ WHAT IS TELEHEALTH THERAPY?

Telehealth, also called telemedicine or teletherapy, involves delivering healthcare services remotely via telecommunications technology. It enables real-time interaction and communication between patients and healthcare professionals without needing physical presence.
